ServiceMix 5.4.3 released

The ServiceMix team is pleased to announce the availability of Apache ServiceMix 5.4.3.
This new patch release contains a few bug fixes and picks up new versions of
Apache ActiveMQ and Apache Karaf.

WARNING: this is the last patch release on the 5.4.x branch. This branch is now in
"Non Active" mode. We encourage users to upgrade to more recent ServiceMix versions.
